I eat these panini for lunch almost every day at the office. We have an excellent cafeteria on-site that changes the panini each day - I have a hard time resisting.
FYI - panini is plural. It's one of those Italian loanwords that just seems weird to me. One time I ordered a single panino, which is the correst singular form, and the girl got all indignant and said "you mean a panini?" Yes, I mean a panini. Also FYI, panino just means sandwich.
