It has been really hot so I have been wearing skirts and putting my hair up every day.

Hanging out in the Bumbo again.  She LOVES this thing and it cracks me up how she looks like she's all kicking back.

 I also picked strawberries from the garden.  This is the entire harvest which was sad, but they were SO delicious.  We are going to have to double the number of strawberry plants we have next year I think. 

I also wrote thank you cards while baby girl was napping.  I probably shouldn't admit this, but I HATE writing thank you cards.

 After her bath tonight Clara totally fell asleep in her diaper while Paul was feeding her.  She looks awfully relaxed, doesn't she?  And boy-oh-boy is she putting on the ounces.

We had Stake Conference today so I snapped this picture while I was getting both Clara and myself ready for church.  She was still feeling a little bit sleepy.

After we got back, Paul got to open Father's Day presents.  Clara was dressed up all pretty for the occasion.  It was also her 1 month birthday!

Clara was pretty happy about celebrating Father's Day.

 Gazing at Daddy who is reading his Father's Day card from Mom.  Incidentally, Clara gave him an orange and blue tie (the traditional Father's Day gift for his first official Father's Day), and I gave him a gift certificate for a pedicure.  Paul has never had a professional pedicure before, but I'm pretty sure he is going to love it.  Our friend Ginny got the same thing for her husband. 

 I had to include this picture to show off Clara's darling dress.  Gymboree again - I love that place.

Today we supported adoption by getting Frostys from Wendy's, which was donating half of its profits from sales of Frostys to an adoption foundation this weekend. 

 Clara also tried out her Bumbo for the first time today.  It went over really well.  She seemed to really like being able to sit up and she was so darn cute in it.

I am in love with this little outfit.  It is one of the very first ones I bought for her when we found out that she was going to be ours.

It was such a beautiful day that I decided to take Clara outside to the backyard in the afternoon shade so that she could take a nap and I could read on a blanket.
